1. General Rules of Participation

These terms govern your access to and participation in competitions operated by Winenjo Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”). By entering any competition via our platform, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

• Employees of Winenjo Ltd, their immediate families, and any affiliates are prohibited from entering.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the personal details provided. Incorrect details may lead to disqualification.

• We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. How to Enter

To enter a competition, participants must:

• Choose the desired number of tickets.

• Answer the skill-based question correctly.

• Complete payment or submit a valid free postal entry.

Entry is confirmed only upon successful payment processing or valid receipt of a postal entry. Winenjo Ltd is not liable for failed, lost, delayed, or incomplete entries regardless of cause. Chargebacks or reversed payments will result in entry cancellation.

3. Free Entry Method

Participants can enter for free via post by sending a handwritten entry containing:

• “Winenjo Free TICKET”

• The correct answer

• Full name

• Date of birth

• Full postal address

• Email and phone number

Each envelope qualifies as a single entry. Incomplete, late, or illegible entries will be rejected without notice.

4. Entry Limitations

• A single answer must be selected per order; this applies to all tickets purchased in that transaction.

• Entries must be received before the published deadline or before all tickets are sold. Late entries will not be considered.

• Transactions will appear as “Winenjo Ltd” on billing statements.

5. Geographic Restrictions

Entrants must not reside in prohibited territories : Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Republic of Guinea, Republic of Guinea-Bissau, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Tunisia, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and the following regions of Ukraine: Crimea, Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia. Entries from restricted countries will be invalidated automatically.

6. Eligibility and Verification

Participants must ensure their eligibility and may be asked to provide proof (e.g., ID, proof of address, payment verification). Failure to do so may lead to disqualification.

7. Skill-Based Competitions

Only correct answers to the required question qualify for the draw. Incorrect answers will not be entered.

8. Prizes

• Prize descriptions are available on our website.

• Winners are selected at random from eligible entries within 14 days after the closing date.

• Winners are notified by email, by phone call and must confirm acceptance within 5 days.

• Delivery arrangements must be made within 7 days of confirmation.

• If the winner cannot be reached or fails to comply with timelines, the prize may be reallocated.

• Prizes are non-transferable. In exceptional cases, a prize of equal or greater value may be offered.

• Winenjo guarantees that all its products are brand new.

9. Winner Verification and Publication

The decision of Winenjo Ltd is final.

Upon selection as a winner, Winenjo Ltd will request at least proof of identity, age, and ownership of the payment method used to purchase the tickets.

Proof of identification and card ownership must be provided within five (5) days of notification. Failure to meet these requirements may result in disqualification, and an alternative winner may be selected.
Winners will need to confirm acceptance of the prize in writing within five (5) days of notification.

Delivery arrangements must be agreed upon within seven (7) days of prize confirmation. Failure to comply with the timelines may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner.
It is the winner’s responsibility to conduct their own verification of the prize, and no claims will be accepted after a period of 60 days following receipt of the prize.

Winenjo Ltd must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, Winenjo Ltd will publish the surname and region the prize winner lives in and, if applicable, their winning entry.

If you object to any or all of your surname, region and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Winenjo Ltd within 24 hours of notification of winning. In such circumstances, Winenjo Ltd must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Winenjo Ltd does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to accept the prize.

10. Promotional activities

Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities, including providing photographs or videos, which may be used by Winenjo Ltd in marketing campaigns across various media.

Winners consent to this but can withdraw consent in writing before publication.
By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:

assign absolutely to us any and all of your intellectual property rights in the competition entry with full title guarantee; and
waive absolutely any and all moral rights, in and to your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.

For transparency with other participants, providing a photo for the ‘Winners’ section is mandatory. We will request a photo of the winner with their prize to feature on our website.

11. Fraud & Fairness

We reserve the right to disqualify entries suspected of cheating, including automation, bots, or manipulation attempts. No refunds will be issued for disqualified entries.

12. Equal Opportunity

Free entries have the same chance of winning as paid entries.

13. Disclaimer & Liability

• We are not responsible for losses unless caused by our negligence or fraud.

• Liability is excluded for indirect losses or damages unless required by law.

• You agree to compensate us for any losses arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of terms.

14. Draw Process & Disputes

• Winners are drawn using a verified random system, broadcasted live on Instagram.

• Draw results are final and may be certified upon request.

• Competitions may be cancelled or changed; in such cases, refunds will be issued.

15. Website Usage & Conduct

This website is for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Do not attempt to disrupt the website with malware or unauthorised access.

• We may suspend your access for breaching these terms or applicable laws.

16. Accessibility & Third Parties

We aim to maintain accessibility and accuracy. However, we are not liable for external website content linked from our platform.

17. Account Responsibility

If you register on our site, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Misuse may result in account termination.

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, government actions, etc.).

19. Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by Winenjo Ltd or its licensors. It may not be reused without prior written consent.

21. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be settled exclusively in UK courts.
