All entries submitted to Winenjo competitions are non-refundable and irreversible once payment has been confirmed.
Because entries form part of a skill-based competition, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted under any circumstance after confirmation.

However, if you detect an error before finalising your payment, please contact our team at contact@winenjo.com promptly. We will attempt to correct the issue if the transaction has not yet been processed.

2. Damaged or Faulty Prizes

If a product you receive as a prize is damaged or defective upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing contact@winenjo.com, including clear photo or video evidence.

Based on the situation and at our sole discretion, we may:

  • Offer a repair
  • Send a replacement item
  • Provide a refund

3. Delivery Discrepancies

If your parcel includes an incorrect item or is missing components, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and may resolve it by:
